During checkout, you will be shown our official UPI QR code and UPI ID with the exact total amount due. Simply scan the QR using any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), complete the payment, take a screenshot, and upload it on the confirmation page. Our team verifies the transaction UTR and starts handcrafting your hamper immediately.
Most payments are verified within 15–30 minutes during business hours (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST). You will receive live status updates on our Track Order page.
Yes! For customizable items, you can type your personalized message, upload photos/images for keepsake printing, and select your preferred satin ribbon colors directly on the product detail page.
Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Rest of India: 4–6 business days. Express handcrafted orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment verification.
Visit our 'Track Order' page from the main menu, enter your Order Number (e.g. HMPR-2408-1234) and phone number used during checkout to view the real-time fulfillment timeline.
